Selecting the right ski depends on your height, weight, and preferred terrain. Generally, our 'Pagoda' line is versatile for all-mountain use, while the 'Lotus' shapes are optimized for deep powder. We recommend consultation with our fit experts if you are between sizes.
What is the PHANTOM Permanent Waxless Glide?
PHANTOM is a permanent, single-application base treatment that eliminates the need for waxing. It penetrates the entire thickness of the base material to ensure consistent glide performance for the life of the ski.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the equipment ordered.
What is your return policy for skis and bindings?
Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that skis that have been mounted with bindings are considered customized and are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How does the DPS warranty work?
We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. To be eligible, you must register your skis on our website within 30 days of purchase. The warranty does not cover impact damage from rocks or rails.
