Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused skis or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely cushioned for transit.
Ship to DPS
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
